Grape variety: Chardonnays.

Vineyard: about 0.6 ha of clayey soil, espalier training with spurred cordon pruning.

Harvest: manual end of August.

Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature of 16°C for 15 days.

Characteristics: very fragrant, with notes of citrus, peach and banana.

Pairings: as an aperitif or in combination with fish.

Alcohol content: 12 %

Serve to: 8-10°C
