farming system: Guyot pruning.

Harvest: second half of September, manual harvest.

Vinification: maceration and fermentation with only destemmed grapes. Subsequent maceration for about 30 days, then soft pressing and aging of the wine in steel.

Matching: with first courses, soups and roasted fish, spiced meats.
