Vineyard: about 1 ha with clay soil.

farming system: espalier with Guyot pruning.

Harvest: manual at the end of September.

Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature of 16°C for 15 days.

Characteristics: fine aroma of white flowers and fruity with hints of fresh anise. Almond finish typical of the grape variety.

Pairings: starters and fish first courses.

Alcohol content: 12%

Serve to: 8-10°C
